The photographers at the 2019 event were ACTION REPLAY.  Please click here for their website.

The 2019 event was able to offer FREE stabling to all competitors wishing to stay overnight.  This gesture was hugely appreciated and our thanks go to Auchlishie Eventing for providing these stables. There were a few issues with the water supply in the stable field, but that has already been addressed for the 2020 event.  We hope to be able to provide either free or heavily subsidised stabling at the 2020 event, so why not pencil Glamis into your diary now?

Both the BE and Arena Event schedules will be published here as soon as they are finalised.

We are also delighted to welcome both the RoR Scottish Championships at both BE90 and BE100 levels to Glamis in 2020.

Results for the BE event 2019 can be found here

All competitors will require a vehicle pass to access the event.  You will be allocated either a STABLES pass if you have booked stabling or a DAY LORRY pass if you are coming for the day. These will be issued via email in the week prior to the event to the email address used when putting in your entry. It is the RIDER’s responsibility to ensure they have downloaded and printed the pass and display it clearly in the lorry.  If your pass is sent to the email address given on entry it is YOUR responsibility to gain access to the pass. These passes will be scanned and are valid only once and only with horse transport.

Due to space restrictions, cars will not be permitted into either of the lorry parks. Any additional vehicle passes for those not travelling with the horse transport must be purchased and this is most cost effective done in advance online.

Each RIDER will be issued with a maximum of TWO wristbands to gain entry to the event site. These are not issued PER HORSE.  All admin pertaining to the horse trials can be accessed without entering the Country Fair area.  The Show Jumping phase will take place within the Country Fair area and is therefore chargeable to those not in possession of a wristband or BE Membership card (see below).

OWNERS will not be allocated individual tickets and should use their BE Membership cards to gain entry to the event free of charge.  Only the owner registered with BE is entitled to free entry to the event.

BE Membership Cards are valid at the point of entry for the member named on the card only. Guests will require their own pass.

We are unable to issue refunds in the case of lost or forgotten cards or passes.

We would encourage all riders to enter the Country Fair site to browse the array of shops and catering outlets and as a result have issued what we consider to be a fair allocation of wristbands for you to do so.  However, we would ask that you do not abuse our gate staff or turn up expecting to gain entry without a ticket.

If you have particular questions relating to ticketing or require additional allocation due to EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES we are prepared to consider these on an individual basis via email at info @
