These will be sent out by email on TUESDAY 26TH JULY to the email address you gave on your booking via Equoevents (stabled horses and arena eventers) or via BE (day lorries). If you booked your stable with a different email to your event entry, you may receive a day pass in addition to your stable pass – please ignore it!
Please print off your pass if possible and display it clearly in your vehicle window when entering the event. Use the LEFT hand lane for the STABLES and the RIGHT hand lane for DAY LORRIES. If you end up in the wrong lorry park, you may not be able to move until the end of the day due to traffic flow restrictions.
No vehicles other than horse transport will be permitted in the Day Lorry park and all additional camping vehicles (no cars) in the Stables field will need to apply for a pass by email at email@example.com
All additional vehicles can enter the MAIN CAR PARK without purchasing any further pass or ticket – these are only required to enter the show field.
In order to enter the show field, you will require a pass. The show field is where you will find the show jumping arena, trade stands and other entertainment as well as the show office.
Each RIDER (regardless of number of horses entered) can gain access for them and their connections by the following means and you will need one each:
- a valid QR code either on a BE membership card or downloaded from the BE website. The first time your code is scanned you will be issued with a wristband, which you need to keep for the remainder of the event as your code will no longer gain you access. No refunds will be issued if you forget your pass. There is no alternative for non-BE members, as this is a BE benefit we are obligated to provide.
- an allocation of 2 wristbands can be collected from Stable Managers (stabled horses) or the passport check in the Day Lorry park
- anyone over and above that will need to purchase a ticket from the box office. You can use code HAPPYDAYS to get 10% off if you have to purchase a ticket. Please do not forget that both stabling and hook up is subsidised and the event costs a huge amount to stage and whilst we appreciate your day to day costs have also increased, ours have also gone through the stable roof!
PLEASE be respectful of the gate staff and show your pass when asked to. Many of our helpers are volunteers, giving freely of their time so you can enjoy your sport.
